Meditation is a wonderful way to reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Through this ever changing time, we really need meditation throughout the day. I personally enjoy a LIVE Meditation, as it helps me to anchor in the calm, peaceful energy.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - 12:40pm - 15 minutes

Wednesday - 8pm - 45 minutes

Sunday - 8:30am - 30 minutes
