This part of self care is moving into the wellness space along with meditation, mindfulness, massage and yoga.

During the years of my training in skin care and holistic therapies, I have learned a fundamental truth: to truly be healthy means to not only address the physical issues but also the mental, emotional and spiritual issues as well.


I think of the skin as a Eco-system. When the skin is abused by using harsh chemicals to retain the fountain of youth, we find ourselves creating skin sensitivity, skin that has lost its elasticity and hydration, and inflammation that leads to breakouts.
